In weird local news, Patrick Albanese of Clive (performer in "Triple Espresso"/magician/hand model - seriously) is pressing charges against Martha Stewart and KMart. Albanese lost a part of his finger after an incident involving a deck chair sold by Stewart and KMart. I swear I am not making this up - for proof, check out the Register article.
