Here's a new YouTube video. It's a clip from the never-quite-completed TV News project for Central, starring Pauline, Cassie, and me having too much fun with Final Cut.
This news has been circulating around the interwebs for some time now, but I've only recently heard about it.
Anyway, Facebook is about ready to roll out a complete redesign of its homepage and layout.
Good news if you use Facebook frequently (like myself). It looks like the redesign will put Applications in their own tab, away from personal information and wall posts.
I'm glad to hear this - all of the applications I've used are either pointless, no fun, or just plain ugly, and I'm sick of having to play "Where's Waldo" when trying to make a wall post. (No pun intended, I swear.) So this doesn't mean an end to Facebook applications - it just means that those of us who don't want to see them won't have to see them.
